The single cylinder with the pivot point behind it allows the plow to swing faster and has as much or more power than comparable plows with dual cylinders. The heavy duty angle-type construction of semi-circle allows the plow to be mounted with less overhang on the front of the truck. The power reverse cylinder is designed to permit overhaul using standard tools.
